Non-Corporate No AI Individual Human Benefit License v1.0 (IHB-1.0) Preamble. "This license protects human creativity from corporate appropriation and AI exploitation of humans work". 1. Definitions. 1.1 "Licensee" means only a natural person (individual human) using the Software for personal, non-corporate objectives and/or individual commercial activities that directly benefit said person. 1.2 "Legal Entity": Any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, government agency, non-profit organization, association, or other entity distinct from a natural person. 1.3 "AI System" means artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, or similar technologies designed to automate the generation of or aid in the creation of new content, including but not limited to audio, visual, or text-based content. 1.4 "AI Training" means using the Software as training data, fine-tuning material, prompt input, or optimization source for machine learning, neural networks, large language models, generative adversarial networks, or similar artificial intelligence systems. 1.5 "User Product" means consumer hardware devices (e.g., personal computers, laptops, smartphones, routers, IoT devices, gaming consoles, smart appliances) primarily intended for personal or household use. 1.6 "Installation Information" means cryptographic keys, bootloaders, firmware flashing tools, hardware schematics, API credentials, and documentation required to install modified versions of the Software on a User Product. 1.7 "Derivative Work" means any software modification, extension, plugin, or combined work containing the Software or a portion of the original Software's codebase. 1.8 "Network Deployment" — making the Software functionally accessible to third parties via digital networks (including web, API, SaaS, P2P, or cloud infrastructure). 1.9 "Complete Buildable Source" — the entire source code, build scripts, test suites, and deployment configurations required to generate a functionally identical instance of the Software. 1.10 "Obfuscated code" is a code that is intentionally difficult for humans to understand. 2. License Grant. 2.1 Subject to strict compliance with all terms, Licensor grants Licensee a non-sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to: a) Use, reproduce, and modify the Software. b) Distribute verbatim or modified copies. c) Create and distribute Derivative Works. 3. Core Restrictions. 3.1 Legal Entity Ban: Any use of the Software by, for, or on behalf of a Legal Entity is expressly prohibited. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the Legal Entity is: a) for-profit or non-profit. b) privately held or state-owned. c) using the Software internally or distributing it externally. Exceptions to Legal Entity Ban: d) Personal Use Exception: Natural persons associated with Legal Entities (e.g., employees, contractors) may use the Software strictly outside their professional duties for personal, non-corporate objectives. 3.2 AI Training Prohibition: Licensee shall not: a) Use Software or Software Source Code as training datasets for AI Systems. 4. Source Liberation Requirements. 4.1 Derivative Works: a) Must be licensed exclusively under IHB-1.0. b) Complete source code must be publicly accessible. c) Modifications must be clearly marked so that the original author will not be accused for possible errors and regressions made by such modification. 4.2 Derivative Works Source Code Distribution: a) All build scripts, toolchains, and dependencies must be documented. b) Obfuscated code as defined in 1.10 is expressly prohibited. 4.3 Anti-Tivoization: When distributing Software with User Products: a) Provide complete Installation Information enabling user modification. Format Requirements: - Open standards. - No encryption or access controls. b) Modified versions must function without proprietary dependencies. c) Documentation must be machine-readable and publicly accessible without restriction. d) Installation Information must be delivered simultaneously with User Product shipment or public release. 4.4 Network Transparency Clause: For network-accessible deployments: a) Publish Complete Buildable Source Code. b) Display source link within UI. 5. Termination. 5.1 Automatic termination occurs upon: All rights granted to You under this License shall terminate automatically, without notice from any Contributor, if You fail to comply with any of its terms. 5.2 Survival Clause: Sections 7 (Disclaimer), 8 (Liability), survive termination. 6. Disclaimer of Warranty. **THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, SYSTEM FAILURES, OR SECURITY BREACHES RESULTING FROM SOFTWARE USE.** 7 Limitation of Liability. 7.1 In no event shall Licensor be liable for: a) Consequential damages. b) Lost profits. c) IP infringement claims. 8. Patent Grant. 8.1 Contributors grant Licensee a patent license for their Contributions. 8.2 The license terminates if Licensee sues for patent infringement.
